Roto seal Coupling is simply a rotating seal coupling that seals both ends without leak and can rotate to allow angled pipes to connect to the coupling. These are used to connect pipes of fuel, oil, water, coolant, hydraulic fluids and other fluids to flow through without much resistance. The Roto Seal & Union Couplings are connected with one female threaded end and one male threaded end. The male threaded end connects with the female threaded end of another accessory and the female threaded end sets with a male threaded accessory end. The Rotary Joint for Hot Oil Thermic Fluid is efficient than the ordinary pipe fittings because it could be rotated around and axis and can be adjusted for angle midway through the operation without interrupting the operation.

The sizes and dimensions vary for these types of fittings as they cater small and large application types. The sizes can vary from 3/8 inches to 60 inches and above depending on the application requirements. The 3/8 inch Roto Seal Coupling is the lowest size and can handle much higher pressures than the larger diameter couplings. The pressure ratings range from PN6 through PN64 and above for different types of applications. The Stainless Steel Roto seal Coupling is the most commonly used where there are other materials such as cast iron, carbon steel, duplex and alloy steel made couplings exist as well.
