Stainless Steel Valve is made up stainless steel. This is the most used type of material for valves used in industrial applications. There are different types of stainless steels and the valves are made up of most of them. The Ferritic stainless steel Globe Valve is a structural type that has a globe for the control of the flow. The globe and the valve body might be made up of different material grades based on the material that flows inside the valves. The Monochromatic stainless steel Globe Valves uses a monochromatic steel. This allows the valve to have high temperature resistance and corrosion resistance. The valve also has a globular disc gate for the control of flow.
The sizes of the valves vary from ½ inches to 48 inches and the pressure ratings vary from 150 through 2500. The Brushed stainless steel Valves are used in different applications such as water lines, oil and gas, natural gas, offshore and onshore drilling, domestic and other industrial applications. The SS Gate Valves are the most widely used valves as they prevent the water hammer effect while operating.
