Resilient Gate Valve is a type of gate valve used to control the flow of liquids, gases and powdered material through pipelines. The Resilient Seated Gate Valves have a plain bottom so that the particles such as pebbles and sand particles can freely pass through the gate. This allows for impurities to be passed through the gate and the rubber surface around it to close. The resilient gate valves were used in place of wedged valves. The wedge valve can control the flow but the Resilient Wedge Gate Valves allow for impurity removal in pharmaceutical, chemical and food processing industrial applications.
