Needle Valves allow for precise control of liquids. These are used in automobile fuel injection systems, industrial machineries, power plants and other highly sensitive applications where the flow of fluid has to be regulated precisely. The Needle Flow Control Valves have a gearbox, a needle and a shaft where the needle sits in. The shaft is moved up and down the gearbox allowing the needle to come to open and close positions. As the needle moves in and out very precisely, and the volume is controlled by the needle blocking the passage, the control is also very precise. The applications include flow control, pressure regulation, pump start, turbine by pass, discharge, reservoir inlets and in air regulations mechanics.

The Needle Air Valves are designed especially for air regulation and can shut off air tight in an application. There are different types of needle valves with different materials being used for the manufacture such as the Brass Needle Valves, stainless steel, alloy steel and cast iron valves. The sizes of the valves vary from ¼ inches or smaller to larger sizes.

The valves are produced based on the need of the applications. The Small Brass Needle Valves are available for smaller application requirements such as fuel injection systems which use miniature sized needle valves. The pressure capacities of needle valves are higher than the other types of valves because of the smaller size of the input and output along with packed body types.
