Pinch Valves are used popularly in various type of applications due to its specialty of keeping most components outside the liquid flow. The rubber sleeve, which is pinched to control the flow is the only wetted part of this valve. The material grade of the sleeve can vary. The Pinch Solenoid Valves use a solenoid material for the sleeve. The sleeve is connected as part of the pipeline and it is compressed by a metal frame that is attached to a threaded axel. The axel is connected to the handle. The operation of the valve can be manual or automated. The Pinch Control Valves do not block the flow of the material when they are open. As the sleeve can be made at the same internal diameter as the pipes, the flow is completely open. When needed to shut off, the rubber sleeve is pinched by the metal frames.
