Stainless Steel 304 Valves are made up of the 304 austenitic stainless steel. The material has 18% chromium, 8% nickel, silicon, sulfur, phosphorus and manganese in the composition. There are different structural types and functional types of valves made up of this material grade. The stainless steel 304 ball valve is made with a ball inside the body. The ball is used to control the flow of the fluid inside the chamber. There are gate valves, plug valves and check valves which are used for different application purposes. The 304 stainless steel gate valve uses a gate to control the fluids. The gate is inside the body and is connected to a threaded stem which connects to the handle wheel. As the wheel is turned, the threaded stem rises or lowers bring the gate up and down.

The needles seats inside a shaft and is moved up and down a hole to open and close the valve precisely allowing calculated amounts of liquids to pass by.
