Copper Valves are used in small diameter applications. They range from 3/8 inches to 2 inches and the valve operations vary with the valve types. Copper is a naturally corrosion resistant material with high ductility and formability. The copper valves are used in fluid transmission systems such as radiators, hot water lines, water lines and other domestic and commercial applications. The copper radiator valves are used in automobiles and engines to circulate the coolants and water through the line. The valves prevent backflow in the system. The pressure capacities of the copper valves are lower compared to stainless steel valves.

Copper Shut Off Valve
There are different types and methods of the valve operation. The copper pipe valves ensure the unidirectional flow of liquids. The valves are resistant to mild acids and steam. The corrosion resistance against steam makes them used in boiling water and steam applications.
The different types include the copper ball valves which use a ball inside the valve body to control the flow of hot liquids. The ball valve is also one of the most commonly used design in valves. The design can also have different angles of valves. The right angle valves are used in open environments where the copper angled radiator valves are useful in narrow space applications
